Press registration is available to credentialed journalists (professional reporters, editors, writers, news photographers, producers and online editors) who work for a publication, news service, broadcast outlet or news site that is regularly issued and published primary for the dissemination of news, and operates independently from any commercial, political, government or special interest.

The number of press credentials is limited. Press credentials are not transferable.

 

To request credentials 

Please email Conference Chair Marco Bellano (sas2017.conference@unipd.it) with the following information: news organization, first name, last name, address (including city, state, and zip code), country, phone number, email address, Twitter handle, and dates that you plan to attend the conference. We will respond within three business days letting you know whether your credentials have been approved.

Deadline

Press credentials should be requested as soon as possible, and no later than one week before SAS 2017. Onsite requests will not be granted.

Press releases

Press releases will be sent to the email address you provided; they will also be available at the SAS 2017 website.

Benefits

Credentialed Journalists will have free access to all the SAS 2017 sessions and events. However, they will not be allowed to take part in social events reserved to the conference delegates (welcome drink, coffee breaks, lunches, dinners).

Photography/Audio-video recordings

Advanced permission is required for any kind of photographic or audio-video recording of SAS 2017 sessions and events. Please write to sas2017.conference@unipd.it

To interview a speaker or a member of the organization, please send a request to sas2017.conference@unipd.it

Check-in

All members of the media must pick up their own press badges at the SAS 2017 check-in desk. A photo ID is required. Press credentials are required for access SAS 2017 sessions and events.  Media visitors or family members are not permitted inside the SAS 2017 conference rooms.
